One of them, Mobileye, broke records for an Israeli Initial Public Offering by raising over a billion dollars. Yet three biotech companies–VBL Therapeutics, Macrocure, and BioBlast–didn’t fare so well, losing between 18-38% of their value in their first days of trading.
