Algeria – Bonati Angelatoni got the 25 millions US$ prize

The Italian Group Bonatti Angelantoni will realize the manufacturing plant of Algerian state-owned pharmaceutical production group SAIDAL in Cherchell (100 km from Algiers)  for nearly 25 millions US$.

The announcement was made this Wednesday, January 2nd 2013 in a public statement released by the company. The group SAIDAL made a net profit of two billion DZD (approx. 25 millions USD) in 2011 against 1.1 billion DZD in 2010, an increase of 87%. Its turnover has evolved from 7% to 12.7 billion DZD (approx. 162 millions USD) in 2011 against 11.57 billion DZD in 2010.

To double its production within five years, SAIDAL obtained a long-term loan at a subsidized rate of 16 billion dinars (approx. 200 millions USD) from the National Investment Fund (NIF).
